To support the Engineered Products strategy and directions with:

  • Developing and owning the strategy and strategy roadmap
  • Developing and guiding the product teams, product organization and products processes to support, implement and improve the strategy
  • Pro-active focus on market signals (risks and trends) to support the strategy and challenge the roadmap and our organization



Products within Engineered Products include: additive manufacturing, electrical insulation systems, marking & labeling, gaskets & seals and coatings & liquids. 2 or more of these 5 dedicated segments should be covered within this job description, depending on the area of expertise and interest. 


• University Degree (Equivalent to Bachelor's degree) in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline

• 5+ years of technical or business experience in Engineered Materials or a related industry field.

• Technical expertise (and/or interest) about 2 or more of the 5 dedicated segments defined in the scope of Engineered Products (additive manufacturing, electrical insulation systems, marking & labeling, gaskets & seals and coatings & liquids)

• Facilitation skills – ability to lead small to medium groups of internal and external stakeholders towards desired outcomes in order to meet business objectives.

• Interview skills – ability to conduct discovery sessions with clients, prospects and stakeholders in order to diagnose business opportunities, elicit requirements, and conduct other types of research and analysis.

• Strong communication and presentation (PowerPoint) skills.

• Strong business acumen.

• Product management tools – product/service design, analysis (Power BI), product/service development task management and project management, documentation and knowledge (SharePoint), collaboration (e.g. Microsoft Teams), roadmap and portfolio management (and related software tools).

• Experience of working with diverse, global (remote) teams is highly valued.

• Formal training and/or certification in Product Management is a plus.
