Expertly supports activities within the Marketing Infrastructure Management function. The function is responsible for the management of the key integrations and data processes & definitions across Marketing platforms and systems needed for the continued operation of the marketing organization (E.g. Adobe Marketo for Marketing Automation, Acquia/Drupal for Website Content Management, Salesforce for CRM, Adobe Workfront for E2E Campaign/Work Management etc.). Defines integration and data flow solution architecture, conducts quality and security checks, performs maintenances and provides support. Often involves capacity planning and management, including scale/growth, disaster recovery and evaluation of new capabilities/components.
Minimum Knowledge Preferred
Generally 6 years or more of related experience or demonstrated competency
Minimum Skills Preferred
Strong written and oral communications
Strong project planning and management
Capabilities and experience working with cross-functional peers. Team player.
In-depth knowledge of computer and systems.
Light programming, knowledge of script languages
Extensive technical knowledge
Minimum Abilities Preferred
A technical and organized mind, with attention to detail.
Ability to describe technical information in easy-to-understand terms.
Knowledge of industry best practices
