Responsabilidades/Responsabilidades

The Campaign Strategy and Messaging team is seeking a highly organized, customer service minded team member with a passion for doing great work in a high-volume environment. The Campaign Activation Specialist position will coordinate marketing requests for the entire Demand Generation function and requires both exceptional execution and the ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and clients.

 

 

Calificaciones/Qualificações

The ideal candidate must have demonstrated project management experience and be able to coordinate the flow of all projects from handoff to completion. This position is responsible for the overall intake, assignment and delivery of individual marketing tactic and marketing campaigns to successfully request and receive support from all Demand Generation functions. Additionally, oversees execution of small tactical marketing requests. This person must strive to ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and that all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in managing single and comprehensive marketing requests.
  • Experience working with diverse, global teams strongly preferred
  • Experience in reviewing and project managing marketing tactics and campaigns inclusive of events, digital, social and nurture
  • Experience organizing and managing multiple projects at once
  • Experience using project management software, e.g., Teamwork or smiliar software
