    • Determines customers' needs and desires by capturing high-level requirements and working with product owners to specify scoping of work and estimates.
    • Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes.
    • Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
    • Assists in building and executing the product strategy and evolving the product management team.
    • Manages the long-term roadmap, involving sales, marketing, technology and other groups.
    • Brings new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs; preparing return-on-investment analyses; establishing time schedules with product development.
    • Introduces and markets new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales, marketing, and technology
    • Determines product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing production and sales costs; anticipating volume; costing special and customized orders.
    • Demonstrate the latest iterations to customers (pre-release) and gathers feedback.
    • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.


    • University Degree (Equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree), preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, STEM or a technically related discipline.
    • 3+ years of proven experience as product manager or a role similar to this, conceptual experience/approach (architectural product distinctive), attentive to detail and structure, strong coaching skills and leadership abilities towards multiple teams (commercial, development and marketing).
    • Payments experience preferred but not required.
    • Experience developing products utilizing a private or public cloud environment/platform, supported with a SaaS business model.
    • Excellent communication and advisory skills in word and writing to be used in communication with customers worldwide.
    • Good knowledge of the English language is a must.
